Rail engineering works meant I was gonna skip a train this morning rather than hang around an extra hour. It would mean extra miles too, so it all helps towards my goal.
This is the first morning commute on BST so it was back to setting off in the pitch black of night at 5:30am. The advantage is seeing the complete transition of the sunrise over the course of the ride.
Still bitterly cold in that bloody wind out there today. At least it's Easterly so I got a lovely tailwind home for the longer leg of the journey. And there was plenty of blue sky for the ride home too. Win.
