Really tired this morning and not looking forward to this week in work as I have a deadline and there's no doubt there will be many distractions.
However, by the sounds of it at least the birds seemed to be enjoying their start to the week by the amount of racket they were making at dawn.
Heavy legs too from last week, and nothing to do with the weather forecast (ahem), with my full waterproofs packed I set off on the clown bike. This behaviour is not helping the 1000 mile target.
Clown bike or no clown bike, It still counts as two rides I suppose.
