Day 7 : 38.2 miles

Working commutes today. The temperature caught me out this morning. We had clear skies so I should have assumed the 7C was gonna be cool on the legs. I was in shorts and probably should have worn leg warmers. Couldn't seem to warm up this morning until the point where I nearly hit a rabbit. It suddenly appeared in my headlight, and normally they would dart for cover, but not this one. It was alive but not moving much. I'm guessing it was either previously hit by a car, had Myxomatosis or just in need of a coffee. A quick swerve, and a free shot of adrenalin later and I was soon warmed up.

In contrast, a lovely Summer-like commute home. Took the Pang Valley route again this time avoiding the 1 in 5 climb. There is a massive network of farm lanes around here, and enjoy varying the route if I'm going for an extended commute. Lovely clouds tonight.
