Back in England after the week away in Wales. Popped out for the hour this evening, after arriving home/unpacking/food-shopping etc. Nice to be out on the bike, but missing the mountains. Saw loads of cyclists out sharing the warm evening. The oil seed looked vibrant and smelt incredible tonight - amazing the difference a week away makes.
